I joined the Percy Jackson group on Facebook and I typed a poem about phobias there and there's a lot to remember so I'm pasting it here.
Wraps itself around you heart
Begins taking your every breath
As the invisible clock counts itself down
You wonder who would cry for you
Your breath is slowing down, second by second
You clutch your heart in a final attempt
To save yourself from acrophobia
Claustrophobia, the phobia of phobias
And your ey...es shut close in dire peace
You wake up in a room,
And look into the eyes of Persephone.
Welcome to the Fields of Elysium
You suffered a hero's death
Whilst saving yourself from internal apologies
What do you wish to do now?
Tell my mother to mess up the rituals.
You are now eternally rolling a boulder up a hill.
So in other words, this isn't a post, just me taking advantage of this to remember something. Ha ha. Ha ha.
